All orders are carefully processed after payment confirmation. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During high-demand periods, launches, or sales, processing times may vary slightly.
Customised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation wherever applicable.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro areas. All delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or Email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. ISM Custom Clothing is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs arising from failed deliveries may be borne by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, we recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery and contacting us immediately at support@ismcustomclothing.com with supporting proof.
